Dr. Waldemar Rembold advises companies in court and arbitration proceedings (DIS/ICC) as well as in mediation and expert opinion proceedings. He assists clients in general civil and commercial law, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, post-M&A disputes, insurance law (W&I/D&O/product liability), plant and mechanical engineering, real estate litigation, and product liability. In addition to the judicial enforcement and defense of claims, he assists clients with out-of-court defense and enforcement of claims, including matters related to contract drafting (purchase, distribution, supply, and framework agreements, LOIs/MOUs, as well as general terms and conditions).
His clients include large and medium-sized companies in the sectors automotive, supplier, insurance, mechanical and plant engineering, real estate project development, healthcare, and private equity.
