Dr. Daniel Graetsch advises our clients in all matters relating to intellectual property rights. He supports and represents them in and out of court in enforcing their intellectual property rights and defending them against attacks. His expertise also includes competition and copyright law. He also advises our clients on IP strategies and contractual issues in connection with IT projects, licensing, distribution, cooperation and R&D agreements.
His clients come from industries such as machinery and equipment, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, food, retail and consumer goods, and IT.
Dr. Daniel Graetsch is one of the authors of the Beck Online Commentary on the new European patent court, the Unified Patent Court (BeckOK UPC).
