Dr. Timm Jordans is a certified specialist in employment law with many years of experience advising and representing companies, executives, and employees in all areas of individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on employment law guidance in restructurings, business transfers, and the initiation and termination of employment relationships. He also supports HR departments in negotiations with works councils and staff representation bodies on all aspects of co-determination law.
