Dr. Udo von Fragstein

Dr. Udo von Fragstein primarily advises companies on distribution law, purchasing and supply agreements, licensing contracts, and the structuring and negotiation of R&D projects, as well as other commercial contract matters. Another key focus of his practice lies in competition and antitrust law, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and large-scale commercial projects. He also advises on intellectual property law – in particular trademark, patent, and copyright law as well as other industrial property rights – and supports clients in data protection matters. In addition, he represents clients in commercial disputes.
