VCvF.legal is strengthening its leadership team: Katharina Kuschel has become a partner at VCvF.legal on 1 October 2026. With this appointment, the firm recognizes her expertise in employment law and her particular strength in advising internationally active companies.
Katharina Kuschel advises national and international companies and corporate groups on all aspects of German individual and collective employment law. She supports clients in their day-to-day business and represents them in employment litigation. Her work focuses on negotiations and disputes relating to employment and management service contracts, including their termination. She also advises on the employment law aspects of company acquisitions and restructurings and supports HR departments in negotiations with works councils.
Katharina is admitted to practice law in both Germany and France and has international experience in several countries. This makes her a key point of contact for clients operating across borders.

Katharina Kuschel has been admitted to the German bar since 2019 and as an Avocate au Barreau de Paris since 2021. Before joining VCvF.legal in 2022, she worked at Lang & Rahmann Rechtsanwälte in Düsseldorf. She advises clients in German, English, French and Spanish and represents clients across a wide range of industries, including services, wholesale, food, cosmetics, healthcare, chemicals, mechanical engineering, software development, insurance and foundations.
