Dr. Daniel Graetsch comments on key procedural issues concerning the Unified Patent Court in the new BeckOK UPC
The new Beck Online Commentary on the Unified Patent Court (BeckOK UPC) has just been published – and we are pleased that our colleague Dr. Daniel Graetsch contributed as an author. Together with UPC Technical Judge Stefan Wilhelm, he comments on various aspects of the new patent system, including important articles of the Rules of Procedure concerning defenses and counterclaims for invalidation of patents.
