Sebastian Henning advises companies in the field of intellectual property law, particularly in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law. He specializes in strategic consulting – including trademark registrations – and represents clients in litigation, such as infringement and nullity proceedings. Another core focus of his work is international distribution and commercial law. This includes advising on purchasing, licensing, commercial agency, authorized dealer, franchise, and cooperation agreements – as well as on antitrust issues related to distribution structures.
Sebastian Henning is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) in Brussels.
