VCvF.legal has strengthened the leadership team of its corporate law practice. Dr Daniel Graetsch became a partner at VCvF.legal on 1 January 2026. This move recognises his professional expertise and many years of experience in intellectual property law.
Dr Graetsch provides clients with comprehensive advice on trademark, patent, competition and copyright law, as well as the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of intellectual property rights and defence against third-party claims. In other words, he covers all relevant areas of intellectual property law. He also supports companies in developing strategic intellectual property concepts and addressing contractual issues related to IT projects, licensing, distribution, cooperation and R&D agreements.
Combining legal expertise with academic knowledge
